ilyywx.com offers the following refund policy for our paid design services. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if no work has begun on your project. No refunds will be issued if the project has been started or fully completed; however, we can use your revision rounds to iterate the work until you are satisfied with the result.
